Add/Remove Programs

I'm running XP Pro SP2 and I notice in the Add/Remove Programs listing,
there is a huge gap between the first few installed programs listed and the
rest that are at the bottom of the list. Is there a fix for this problem?

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm , scroll down to
Item No. 226 (right column) and click on "Remove the White Space from
Add or Remove".
