I have a problem removing Kasaa Media Desktop 2.1. I get the following error massage

RUNDL
Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\cd_clint.dl
The specfied mudule could not be foun

Can someone help me with this problem?

If after re-installing it still does'nt work, then unistall it manually. Go to Search command and search for all the files and program related to it. Remove them one by one. To revove the item from add/remove program, run, "regedt32" it will open the registery in window explorer. Find HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Uninstall in the above registery find the key of the program you are looking for, i.e. the progam you want to remove. Delete it by right clicking. Go to Add/Remove and see if it worked. Before deleting if unsure backup. Good luck!
