Hi..
I have a sbs 2000 server.
I'm our domain administrator, I log on server as an administrator locally.
When I try to open Add/remove programs from Control Panel. An error message
says "Add/Remove Programs has been restricted. Please check with your
administrator ". I can open other administrative tools, active directory ,
group policy vs. Administrator user have full rights in active directory.
Only, I can not open Add/remove programs from Control Panel.
Please tell me how I can fix the problem. Thanks.

What happens if you log in as domain admin on the domain and do it?
I know this isnt a fix, but maybe you can work around it

Have you tried a 3rd party un-installer like the one found in tune up
utils?
