I'm running Windows XP Home Edition & I've found that
Control Panel/AddRemove Programs is saying I only use
things 'occasionally' that I run every day & vice versa.
Spybot, for example, I run most days & only installed a
few weeks ago. Windows says I use it occasionally & that
it was last used in March, when it wasn't even installed!
It says I use Jedi Outcast 'frequently', when I began the
first level once two or three months ago and haven't used
it since. It refuses to uninstall the demo of Tron 2.0
altogether.

Anybody any ideas as to how Windows could be made a bit
more accurate?

Anyone had/have the same problem(s)?

The descriptions 'occasionally' and 'frequently' were never intended to be
exact. They are only guidelines. If that's the only thing about Windows XP
that concerns you then you should be extremely satisfied.

Windows XP does not uninstall third party applications; it merely provides a
convenient interface for the third party uninstaller. For questions about
third party applications, you need to contact the vendor's technical
support.
