Add/Remove Program displays incorrectly

Hi, My add or remove programs does not display
correctly. There are very large gaps in between listing
the items I have installed on my system. There is a huge
scroll bar to display the items but only a fraction of
the space is taken up with installed software... the
majority of the display is empty space. Very Odd???
