Hi,

Hope this isn't a double post.

I've got some programs that I can't delete from the add/remove command, and
wanted help identifying the programs and then getting them off the computer.
Thanks.

I've run SpyBot, Adaware and CWShredder, and none of these found them, nor
took them off the computer.

Suggestions?
Thanks

It sounds like you have a lot of malicious spyware related problems, go to the following website:

http://forum.aumha.org

Click Register to join the forums at the top of the page (free) and then go to the
"Parasites - Adware, Spyware & Other Scumware" forum and post a detailed explanation of your problem for expert, one on one advice and guidance on how to clean your system.

Try using Google with any one of those three names in it. You will have quite
a surprise. You seem to have cookies or data miners that you really don't
want. I am sorry if the free spyware programs you use didn't find them. I
guess you get what you pay for.

As the others have said, you have malware on your computer. Since I
don't know whether you did any prep work and/or if you scanned
correctly in Safe Mode, go through these general malware removal steps
systematically:

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Following those procedures, you should be able to remove your malware.
When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).
