Add printer

On Win XP, get error message when adding printer:
Request operation cannot be completed. I started the
print spooler service and still get this error message
when I attempt to install the printer again. I have
looked at the technical support site and tried all
remedies. Any ideas???

Are you logged on as an Administrator or a User with Administrative
Privileges when you try to install?
