Add Outlook personal folders backup tool as standard feature

I would like to suggest that the backup tool for Outlook personal folders is
added as a standard feature. It would also be useful that in an everyday
office environment that an option to automatically backup your selected files
when you exit Outlook. Therefor enabling your daily updated files, contacts
etc to be saved at the point of logging off.

Debatable as in network environments users are not/shouldn't be responsible
for backups.
