Add or Remove Programs won't populate

When I open Add or Remove Programs I only get the program list populated
through (8) of the "A" programs, then a blank window below, though there are
several screens of programs that should be there. The slider on the right
seems to know that there are several screens worth of programs installed,
given the slider's small size. Any suggestions?

You'll find two registry edits to download.reboot after you run them.
