Add or Remove Programs - Large Black Column

When I go into "Add or Remove Programs" there is large section blanked out
with just a black column down part of the page. This sits between "Terrapin"
and "total recorder" when I sort alpha, seems to be between 8 and 14 meg from
a sort by size.

This can't be right, but is there an underlying problem?

Run the edit on line 226 right side and reboot
