I AM USING [ XP PRO] AND I AM RUNNING [MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003]

I OPEN THE CONTROL PANNEL AND I DOUBLE CLICK ON ADD OR <REMOVE PROGRAMS> AND
NOTHING HAPPENS? sO i SINGLE CLICK ON IT AND THEN GO TO <FILE OPEN> AND STILL
NOTHING HAPPENS? HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

I have always thought it was rather petty to "scold" someone about "typing in
capitol letters" But even more ridiculous to "allow it to offend"??? But,
because it was brought to my attention by this young lady, I followed her
request out of "respect".

***NOTE: -PROBLEM SOLVED-
: NOTE***

Kelly,
By following your link that was given to me to fix my computor problem I was
able to solve the problem and return my computor to its "normal state" of
operation. Sincere thanks for your help and concern! I'll review the request
for "the spelling B" later! LOL =OP

Sincerely,
NEW2TECHBZ =O)

No one scolded you over the use of capitol letters inasmuch as there is no
such thing.

You shouldn't post in all caps. It's the internet equivalent of
_SHOUTING_ and considered rude. Besides it makes it hard to read which
will hinder you getting help and many who would help will bypass all cap
messages in the first place. Ever hear of not biting the hand that
feeds you?

You are most welcome. Glad to hear all is well and to have helped. Good
luck on the Spelling Bee. :o)

It's free writing advice to get you the most and best answers to your
question. Why are you so upset when folks try to help you out?

Mr "Rock",

First of all, making a statement as ignorant as (I quote)

" Ever hear of not biting the hand that
feeds you?"

would explain why you call yourself "rock" as in thick head! You see becuse
you are completely over looking my EXACT point! Which is "why would you even
allow yourself to get disgruntled by someone typing in "caps" and even go so
far as to consider it the equivelent to someone "shouting" is as qweeny I
have ever heard from a mans mouth. And while we are on the topic , sir. You
are not the hand that feeds me nor do you sign my paycheck so until that
time... I and everyone else in this disscusion group has the right to there
own opinion and if you dont like it you can take your pompass ass and follow
the guide lines of these discussion groups which is to help others sir! Not
to brow beat them or attempt to de-mean them as if to say "I owed you " for
voluntering to help someone doesnt make you there daddy! I've supported my
parents since I Was 17 years old and you sir, MR PEbble, are hardly the hand
that feeds me. As you can see what a real lady conducts herself as Kelly did,
with all the class and compasion anyone could have possibly displayed and
even fixed my problem!!! What the hell did your snotty little comment
accomplish towards fixing my problem??
Thanks for nothing mr pebble.

Respectfully,

NEW2TECHBZ =O)

You're welcome...Lol..thanks for the laugh. Maybe some day you will
learn, though I see there is some hope since you're not posting in all
caps. And yes you are right on one thing, Kelly has class enough for
all of us.

Kelly, I am having the same problem. tried your fix but still cannot open.
Any suggestions?
