Add or Remove Program Question

I have been unable to remove Earthlink Total Access 2004 from Add or Remove
Programs in Control Panel. I complete the process and get a pop-up
indicating the removal was successful. However, after re-starting, this
program still appears in my directory with lots of sub-folders and files and
in the Add or Remove Programs. So apparently the uninstall did not work and
I am back where I started. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in

Looks like you're not the only one having the problem. One solution was to
set another mail client as your default and then try to uninstall.
