Almost every spam sender tries to mask his/her real e-mail often replacing it
with the same e-mail address as in To: line, or sometime copying their e-mail
in To: line.
Unfortunately there is no option in the Outlook rule, where one can chose to
block such e-mail based on the address informaion. For examle:
Block (delete, mark, etc.) all e-mails with address in the To: line
different from ***@****. Here ***@***** is one of the addresses for the
recipient.
May be I am missing something which already exists?

Hi Nick,

What I am doing is go into the create rules and then go to where specific
words in the recieptients or senders address. At this point I only put in
@..... which will block any emails coming from or going to that domain.

Hope this helps
Catherine

Yes, you are missing something. Create a rule that deletes all messages
EXCEPT for those addressed to the specified address.

However, that wouldn't block any SPAM because, if you receive it, SPAM or
not, it must have been sent to one of your addresses.
