add-ins in Excel

I am trying to do an "add-in" for data analysis in Excel but keep getting an error that says officel librry basic not installed. My Excel is running on XP and i have tried everything Loading/ unloading the program, i contnuously try the add-in but it does not work-- please help
 
Don't know if this will help or not, but if you go to Tools/Add-Ins, the add-ins that may make a diiference, maybe? might be "Analysis ToolPak", "Analysis ToolPak VBA", "Solver Add-In". Don't know if that will help or not
