Add hour to date/time field

I have a date field that is formatted as #02/03/2004 00:30:57#. I would need
to substract an hour from this field to account for time zone differences. So
the example above should be #02/03/2004 11:30:57#. Do you know an SQL/VB
statement that will do that?

Use DateAdd("h", -1,[UnnamedDateField])
