Add custom form to Standard forms library

Is there a way I can add my own custom Email form to the Standard Forms
Library? Also, is it possible to have this custom form appear as one of the
options under the 'New' button when composing a new email. The custom form
being used will be heavily used and I would like it to be as easy to get to
as possible.

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to substitute your custom form for the default form. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.
