Add buttons to file attachment window

Hey everyone, when you go to attach a file to say an email, the new window
opens where you select the file you want to attach. On the left hand side
there is a series of buttons for "home, my network places, my documents, etc"
is there a way to add buttons to different places on your system there?

Also what is the exact name of that new window, or does it have one?

You can't add buttons, but you can replace them. TweakUI for Windows XP will allow you to do this. This is called the My Places bar.
