Add "Block Sender's domain" button? to OL2003

I noticed that the OL2003 Junk Mail filter has "Add sender's domain (@example) to Safe List" option under "Actions" | "Junk Mail", but I do not see a "Add sender's domain (@example) to Blocked List". Is there a way to do this? Script maybe

You can add domains through the Junk Mail dialog -- Tools | Options | Junk
E-mail.
