Add a value to table column

This should be simple... But I'm stuck..

I need to add a value to a variable in a table. Let me explain.
One of the veriables in a table has a dropdown to choose from.
It's not linked to another database or table and I cannot figure out how to
add another value. The variable datatype is Text... I jsut cannot see where
the other values come from?

???
 
NEVER MIND
As soon as I sent this I figured it out -
Lookup Tab/// then Row Source....
