In the Outlook 2003 it can be very difficult to view the folder names in the
view planes for mail folders if your folder name is lenghty unless you extend
the view plane past the lenght of the folder name. If a slidebar was added
at the bottm of the folder view planes like the one used in Windows Explorer
this would allow you to slide right and left to allow the folder list to be
viewed without having to extend the view plane.
