ADD A PRINTER/Operation could not be completed!

Whenever I click on the "Add a Printer" I get the
following response: "Operation Could Not be Completed".
Currently, no printer is installed. Please advise.

Start the Print Spooler, from the command prompt, type

net start spooler
(and hit enter)
