You do this in Exchange Server - I suggest you ask your Exchange
administrator to do this. No offense intended, but since you're asking how
to do this in an Outlook newsgroup, I'm presuming that isn't your role.

Thank you for your reply, and no offense taken! However, by default, this IS
my position now, we only have 3 employees and I am the only one with ANY
computer knowledge whatsoever!

OK - who set up the server in the first place? Are they still available to
help out, and train you, presuming they were very savvy with this stuff? Do
you have any documentation? What version of Exchange are you using? What
version(s) of Outlook, of Windows, etc?

I do suggest you pick up some Exchange administration books (for your
version) and get larnin' - client/server admin & setup/maintenance is not
for the faint of heart, although in a properly set-up network, it shouldn't
take much time out of your day.

Thank you so much!
OK - who set up the server in the first place? I have no idea.

Do you have any documentation? uhm, i'm looking!
What version of Exchange are you using?
What version(s) of Outlook, of Windows, etc? Microsoft Outlook 2003 Version
11.0
Windows 2000 Version 5

Someone at the company must know this.

But you don't know who they were - so how do you know you can't contact
them?
Do you have any documentation? uhm, i'm looking!

Hope so...

You didn't answer this one...

Attagirl. Another option, probably a very good one, is to get a good
consultant in to do an "as built" doc for you & show you what you have, and
suggest/implement changes/fixes. You really don't want to be thrown into the
deep end of the pool like this in a production network. For fun & profit,
might want to set up your own stuff at home or at work in a "lab" network to
learn...
