AD User Folder Creation Error

"the home folder could not be created because:
Unspecified error" This happens when a a user delgated to
administer an OU tries to map a drive to a path on the
server in the connect to box in the profile tab of a
User's properties. The Delgated User is using adminpack
2003 for XP and our server is Win2k Sp4. Any ideas?
 
I believe this is a known bug that is fixed for W2K3 SP1. Until that is
available you will have to create the directory manually and then set the
attribute on the Profile tab for the user.
