Ad Serve Pop-ups

I'm having a problem with Ad Serve pop-ups on my work PC.
Anytime I'm on the internet, the Ad Serve pop-up appears,
which leads to unlimited amounts of pop-ups. However, if
I click on the Ad Serve pop-up, no window appears. It
seems it just allows other pop-ups to appear. Can anyone
tell me how to fix this problem ? I've installed pop-up
blockers, which in turn created more pop-ups, being they
were false programs. Lastly, I installed Ad Aware, but
that did nothing but locate tracking cookies. I would
really appreciate any advice or support. Thanks !

Try going to the control panel add/remove programs to

see if there is a popup program installed. I found one
the other day I didn't even relize was there
named "save"(or something like that)but was wondering why
I kept getting popups even though I have a blocker. It
even gives you popups when you try to remove it. Good
