AD policy queries

I would like to write/find a script that will query the active
directory group policies.

I would like to accomplish two things with the script.

1 List the group policies and the OUs they affect.
2 List the OUs and the policies applied to them.

I would appreciated any help in getting started with scripting Group
policies in AD.
