AD Permissions

I am having a problem managing certain users in a particular OU. When I look
at the advnaced options on the security tab the inherit permissions is
unchecked and the accounts are not getting the right permissions. If I check
inherit all the permissions propogate down to the users, however after a few
hours the permissions get changed back to the way it was with the inherit
unchecked. Does anyone have any ideas what would be causing this?

It's one of those things that you don't know anything about until you
stumble across it...usually when you've got to delegate things ASAP and no
time for testing ;-)
