AD password change via website.

Not sure if this is one for the AD or exchange groups, but will try
here first.

We have an Exchange 2000 system used by users who are NOT members of
our domain but need the ability to change their own passwords,
preferably being forced to AD policy of 30 day password resets.

This must not be an uncommon situation and yet I can't find much in
the way of a solution. Any help would be much appreciated.
