Is there a way of exporting active directory integrated dns to a file?

Yes, by converting the zone from AD-integrated to "Standard". This will
write the zone file to c:\winnt\system32\dns\zonename.dns file. After that,
you can convert the zone back to AD-integrated, if you want.
