ActivX Control

I have a problem opening my hotmail inbox. When I open the following message is showing up

"An activeX control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. Do you want to allow this?

When I klick no, the following shows up

"this page provides potentially unsafe information to an active control. you current security settings prohibit running controls in this manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly

I have deinstalled Norton Internet Security, but it hasn't solved the problem. Does anybody know what I need to do? Cheers Denise

Rule out parasites also.
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
