Whenever I try to open pages that contain some types of
graphics, like animated or flash etc., I get this message:

"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls on this page. As a result, the page may not
display correctly."

Please help me and tell me how to get rid of this. Thanks.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet zone

You probably have AX disabled in customized settings or have selected
High security (which disables AX). I think even Medium security will
disable unsigned and unsafe AX controls, so if you are Medium security
then the web page you are visiting is using an unsafe AX control - and
you probably don't want it, either!
