ActiveX Pagination

I have/had a Gedac.exe worm or something on my system that
continues to put bogus .zip files all over my system
with .VBS files in them. Antispyware Beta seems to have
gotten rid of the worm, but I continue to get the ActiveX
warning pertaining to pagination and when I select "NO" to
allow the interaction, it still gives me an Internet
Explorer Error 2011. No matter what I do, this will not
go away or die.

HELP!

Please submit a suspected spyware report to spynet (tools-
submit suspected spyware report).

Once that has completed, please reboot into safemode and
run a full antivirus and spyware scan to see if that helps.

Also NEVER click any buttons on pop-ups!!! Use
the "little red cross" in the top right corner instead!
