Activex Component cannot create object

I am trying to save a report in excel file when i click on
save the Internet Explorer throws an error saying "ActiveX
Component Cannot Create Object". I would like to know why
it happens and how to resolve it

What did you install recently?

These type of errors are numbered 429.
