Trying to update my Windows environment I follow
instructions ie right click on "windows update"
under "all programs" then "run as" "current user".
Loads update site on internet. After looking for updates
I get message System Administrator. Active X controls do
not permit... I have tried to update DirectX == Get
result DirectX is not logo tested. What to do???
