active window box

I had a hard drive failure and had to replace it and reload all software. I
wanted to enlarge the text size under appearances in display. I keep getting
a box titled Active Window. I cannot minimize, maximize, close or drag this
box. Any solutions?

If you're talking about in Display Properties | Appearance tab, what's
displayed at the top of the window with "Message Box OK" over "Active
Window", you can't manipulate the top part of that window.
 
Thanks Rock. That's what it is. Is there any way to correct it so that I can
get to appearance?

You are there. That upper part of the window doesn't do anything. Make
the changes down below.
