I have created a taskpad for the helpdesk. I have given
them only properties, reset password, and disable
accounts. The problem I am having is that when our data
security creates a new user, the helpdesk has to close and
reopen the taskpad to see the new user.
Does anyone know of a script I can run to add as a button
that will refresh the screen?
Thanks in advance!

Have you tried hitting the F5 key? ;-)

Tried the F5 - doesn't work - still have to get out of it
and come back in. Good thought process, though.
