Active directory snap-ins not available

Hi,

Whenever I try to use different snap-ins for active drectory when
logged through the terminal services, I always receive this error:"

Temporary directory is not found or there is not enough space"

I can only access the AD when I am logged in localy to the DC.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
I have 1.6 GB free on the drive where AD is installed.
