Active Directory Replication

We have a DEFAULTIPSITELINK linked to 20 different Sites,
on different physical location, using T1. The KCC
component created an Automatically Generated Connection
Link from the DC located at Site 7 to the rest of the
Sites. If there any setting that we can change to let the
KCC component create all the Automatically Generated
connection link from Site 1.

What you need to do is remove the DefaultSiteLink and
create a site link from the HUB site to each spoke site.
ie 19 site links. The KCC (ISTG) will then create your
desired topology
