Hi,

This would be a good question to post in the group policy Group

It depends on your desktop image type and whether you mean in general
or for all users etc. If you want JPG it is below. For BMP you will
have to create a custom adm.

Users-Admin Templates-Desktop-Active Desktop-Active Desktop wallpaper.
