Active Directory error '80040e37'

The following messages "Active Directory
error '80040e37'" "Active Directory pathname was passed"
is received when trying to open an Intranet page accross 2
servers. Server which i try and open it from is on SP4,
server which is hosting is on SP3. Any advise please?
