Active Directory Desktop ShortCut

I would like my domain users to have Active Directory Icon
shortcut on their desktop so they can easily search for
printers, network drives....etc. Is it possible? Please
help!

Can you explain how your users accomplish these tasks now? That might make it more clear exactly what you are trying to accomplish
