Active Directory Admin Tools for XP Pro

I'm trying to install the AD tools on a new PC running XP
Pro, but get a "non compatible version" error. I'm trying
the install from the W2K Server CD (Adminpak.msi). I've
done this before on XP Pro and it works fine. Not sure if
some of the Windows Updates have caused this?

I downloaded the Adminpack and Group Policy Management Console for Windows
2003, installed and it works fine. It also has a few extra features which
are beneficial.
