Active content problem

Hi I'm a newbie. I created my first Webpage with Frontpage 2002. It has
frames and when I try to preview it within the browser. It gives the warning:
'internet explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that
could acces your computer."
All I did was just a simple single text page. with 2 links to a file. As
said I'm a newbie I don't even know how to put an active content on the page.
It must be some default settings of the frontpage.
Can anyone help me please?
