Activation Warning after it's already activated

I continue getting the Activation warning after I've
already activated. When I try to activate, it says that
it's already activated - then after about 15-30 mins, I
get the activation warning again. Any suggestions/registry
tweak?

I know that there is an activation crack to bypass activation (mainly meant for illegal purposes..) but would it be considered illegal in this case? lol
 
sry.. forgot to mention before.. did you recently replace/add any new major hardware? (motherboard.. maybe even a new CD drive?) cause that can sometimes cause you to have to reactivate...
 
no - new install.

I need to find a solution b4 the end date as I do not wish
to find out if Windows will lock me out.
