Hy,
I am having a troble with activating windows!
I have bought used laptop, and I have licenced Label on It, but when I
nstalled it I could not activate as it was said this number is already in
use. So what can I do??

Call the 800 number you were given when got the message and activate over
the phone. It's quick and easy.

actually I am from Europe(Slovenia) and I have contacted Microsoft
representative in my cuntry, and they said they cant do anything abut it and
that I should contact the manufacturer of my laptop(Siemens), and I have got
a feeling that they just dont have the will to solve my problem and just
wanna get rid of me, so I decided to not give up so soon and post the
neessage here to see what is the true.

As Ken said you have to phone an activation center for this.

I'm not sure what you mean by "representative," but perhaps you can call
back and ask for the specific phone number of the activation center.

Or you can call (386) (1) 5853-449. It's really for Volume License Keys,
but they may be able to transfer you.
