activating new message notification in taskbar for outlook 2007

i am unable to reactivate the new message notification at taskbar for outlook
2007, which appeared as an envelope something.
please avail some help in this regard.

you solved my problem!
you know one thing, i did reach the penultimate step in activating it, but
lost way.
and "roady" helped me find way...hehe
