activating earthlink spamblocker

I've tried downloading earthlink spamblocker to both
windows 98 and xp. It works fine on 98, but won't
activate on xp. any suggestions?

Spamblocker is now part of the Earthlink Web-Mail reader.
You can access and configure it from within Webmail.
