Activating application from Today

Hi frnds,
Can you suggest a way for activating an application
from "Today" ?
Any suggestions or tips would be of great help.

You'd need a Today pluugin that calls the CreateProcess API to launch your
application. The Today plugin would have to be written in eVC++ and not
managed code.
