I bought a Dell computer 12 months ago and i bought win XP PRo as an extra
from them, i have a second computer and want to install my win XP pro on it,
will it allow me too, if so how do i activate it, i have the authenticity
lable on the side of my Dell tower with the win XP Pro disk number.

Brian;
Since the label is affixed to the original computer, that indicated
Windows XP is an OEM version.
Generally OEM is permanently tied to the original computer regardless
the condition of the original computer.

Also whether OEM or retail, Windows XP can only be installed on one
computer at a time.
Read your EULA for details.

Thank you for the information, please can you tell me where to find the EULA
? i have the Microsoft windows XP Professional book that i got with my
computer.

Type eula.txt in Start Run.

You can't install on a second computer. Only OEM versions come with stickers - you have a sticker. OEMs are limited to the computer first installed on which is why they are 1/3 the price.

I am a little confused, with my OEM version can i format my hard drive then
install my win XP Pro OEM version and activate it in set up, or if i want to
put a bigger hard drive in, can i do that
