Action Cancelled

When im on the web I keep gettting " ACTION CANCELLED -
INTERNET EXPLORER WAS UNABLE TO LINK TO THE WEBPAGE
REQUESTED.THE PAGE MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAIABLE " in the
advertixement box. It also stops me from getting access
to games sites where you get games for free thanks to the
advertisements. What is wrong and how do i repair this
problem.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

You can use a simple batch file to rename the HOSTS file "on-the-fly".
Download: RenHosts.bat [right-click and select: Save Target As]
