Action Buttons Triggering A Pop Up Box

Is there a way to make an action button that when clicked it will bring a pop
up box (text box) and then make the box disappear when the next item is
clicked.

select the text and

custom animation >appear

double click the entry and in timing select triggers > strat effect on
clickof (action button)

Now select the textbox again and set a custom animation > exit >
disappear(on click)

Drag this entry down below the entrance effect

The text will appear with first click of button and disappear with a second
